Region 1:  1 Junior Men, 2 Junior Women (extra women's spot from Region 6)
Region 2:  2 Junior Men, 2 Junior Women
Region 3:  1 Junior Men, 1 Junior Women
Region 4:  2 Junior Men, 0 Junior Women (extra men's spot from Region 6)
Region 5:  2 Junior Men, 3 Junior Women (extra women's spot from Region 4)
